Important dates and details for conversion

We’re two weeks from launching our upgraded online banking platform and mobile banking app. Below are important details we want to make you aware of before October 25, 2022.

  1. You’ll be able to access the new banking platform through our home page the way you do now.
  2. Your current Online Banking username and password will transfer to the new platform.*
  3. There will be a short window of expected downtime while the conversion is completed, between October 24 and October 25, 2022.

Continue to keep an eye on our blog and emails from us, as we’ll keep you updated with more details as we progress closer to launch, including important information, resources to help you with this conversion, and more. Disclosure

*Business and Special Accounts will need to register for the new online banking platform. Please refer to the email and letter sent regarding these types of accountholders.

    How? When? Where?
    Will all of the current online services remain intact?
