Q: When will my current card no longer work?

A: Your current card will be shut down on Oct. 30.

Q: Did my account number change?

A: Your account number did not change, however your card number is changing.

Q: When will I receive my new card?

A: Your new card will be mailed on October 1st and should arrive in 7-10 business days (possible delay in mail due to Covid-19).

Q: How much in rewards do I earn?

A: You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at merchants and have the opportunity to earn even more when SkyOne holds promotions.

Q: Why are you discontinuing my card?

A: SkyOne is improving the benefits of all credit cards.

Q: Can I opt out of rewards?

A: Yes, however you will not be gaining the benefits of the card. To opt out of the rewards program, please contact us via iSky Online Banking or give us a call at 800.421.7111.

Q: I chose a lower rate in the past without rewards. Is my rate changing?

A: Your rate will remain the same. You will now have the bonus feature of earning rewards with your current low rate.

Q: Where do I go to view rewards?

A: To view rewards register on https://www.cloud9.skyone.org/. Link can also be found in online banking and mobile banking.
