    SkyOne has developed the following policy guidelines to ensure that the Credit Union maintains a website with the members’ privacy and protection as a priority.

    All information that we receive from you at is subject to our general Privacy Policy Statement. We collect information through our website in a number of ways, including but not limited to: when you use our online applications for accounts and services; when you participate in our online surveys; and when you use our website to contact us. If you do not use any of the features on our website, personal financial information about you is not collected.

    To administer the website more efficiently, and to diagnose any problems with our server, we use cookies and log files. These are pieces of data that help identify aspects of the user such as origin or method of access, and to provide information about the specific pages visited. This information is not associated in any way with personally identifiable financial information, and will not be sold or given away.

    At SkyOne Federal Credit Union we believe in and promote financial literacy for all ages through education, tools and communications. The online financial account opening and lending services offered through our website are not designed or directed toward children under the age of 18. We request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental or guardian consent. Once your information is gathered, we restrict access to only those employees who need this information to provide a specific service.

    Online Partnerships

    SkyOne partners with other online vendors to provide Credit Union members with specific services. As the user signs up for these services, we will gather and share only the information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. No third party online vendor will be given the authorization to share personal financial information except for the purpose of providing Credit Union service.

    This website gives members the opportunity to alert us by Email when personal information changes (a new address, phone number, or name change for example).

    As a member of SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you have the right to control whether we share some of your personal information. Please read the following information carefully before you make your choice.

    Your Rights

    You have the right to restrict the sharing of personal and financial information with outside companies that we do business with. Nothing in this form prohibits the sharing of information necessary for us to follow the law, as permitted by law, or to give you the best service on your accounts with us. This includes sending you information about some other products or services.

    Unless you say “No,” we may share personal and financial information about you with outside companies we contract with to provide financial products and services to you.

    For example, if you choose “No”, you will no longer be included in insurance mailings from the Credit Union. We will, however, continue to share information to service your account with access to your statements, Home Banking, Bill Payment, and other related services.
