Content Management Policy

In order to make sure SkyOne Website Content is up to the expectations that our organization demands, we have designed internal processes that any new content must undergo before being published on the website. While different types of content will have processes specific to the type, the majority will have the following structure to maintain high accuracy standards and strict adherence to compliance regulations:

  • Research – Research information, gather insights, and ask questions from business units that will help determine the development of the content. Consult with the Marketing team to discover the best way to communicate this new content.
  • Draft: Whether a blog post, landing page, or alert, content should be drafted before publishing so that it may be edited and reviewed.
  • Internal Review: Content draft should be reviewed by Website Content Editors and relevant business units for any spelling, grammatical or general errors.
  • Compliance Review – Once content has cleared the review step, email a PDF of the content to our external compliance specialists for a compliance review.
  • Approve and Publish: After being reviewed, send the final content draft to the Marketing Manager for approval. Once approval has been given, publish.
