NATCA Local Forms
What you need to know before setting up a new NATCA Local Account
- It takes just a $5 minimum deposit to establish your Local Account membership
- Your Local Account comes with free basic checks
- There is no monthly maintenance fees and no minimum balance requirements for your Local’s checking account
Setting up a new NATCA Local Account
1. Complete the Business Membership Application.
2. Please complete the application thoroughly and note the following:
– Designate “New Membership” at the top of the form.
– Under the Business Information Section, list an address to mail all account information.
– Ensure that the application is signed by all Local officers.
3. Provide a copy of the NATCA Local Update Worksheet.
4. Provide a copy of the Local’s By-Laws.
5. Please include a copy of all signers’ Driver’s License.

Updating authorized signers on an existing NATCA Local Account
1. Complete the Business Membership Application with all the new signers.
2. Complete a new NATCA Local Update Worksheet.
3. Please include a copy of the signers’ Driver’s License.
4. Send the above documents to SkyOne.
