Fraud Alert: Protect Yourself from Phishing Text Messages

We want to make you aware of a recent fraud attempt targeting SkyOne members. Fraudulent text messages are being sent from phone numbers impersonating SkyOne. These messages may try to trick you into sharing sensitive information such as your login credentials or personal identifying information.

How to Stay Safe

  • Do not share sensitive information: SkyOne will never ask for your online banking username, password, or personal details via text message.
  • Be cautious with links: Do not click on any links or respond to suspicious messages.
  • Call us directly: If you’re ever unsure, contact SkyOne at 800.421.7111 to verify.
  • Report suspicious messages: If you receive a fraudulent text, please let us know right away so we can investigate.
