1Assessed for items paid when funds are insufficient. Subject to eligibility. Overdraft Privilege eligibility requirements are as follows: 1) You must have an open Checking account and 2) be a member in “good standing”. A member is not in “good standing” with the Credit Union if they meet any of the following requirements: • The member fails to comply with the terms and conditions of any lawful obligations with Credit Union and/or causes, or can potentially cause the credit union a loss. • The member is thirty-one (31) days delinquent on any credit union loan. • The member has a share or checking account that is thirty-one (31) days overdrawn/zero balance. Minor accounts (under 18 years of age) do not qualify for Overdraft Privilege. We may not pay items under your overdraft privilege if you do not meet these eligibility requirements. An overdrawn balance must be repaid within 30 days **Accounts will be charged the standard Overdraft Privilege fee of $30.00 for handling each overdraft created by check, ACH, Point-of-Sale, ATM withdrawal, in-person withdrawal, debit card transaction, or other electronic item. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for insufficient funds items returned. The maximum amount of Non-Sufficient Funds/Overdraft fees that will be charged to a member’s account is $150.00 per day. 2A single currency transaction fee is imposed on all international transactions that do not require a currency conversion; and a multi-currency transaction fee is assessed for international transactions that require a currency conversion. Applies to Visa Credit and Visa Check Card transactions. Note: Members 21 and under will not be subject to the Minimum Balance Service Charge on Premier-Service Checking.
