Q: How can I make a payment to my loan?

A: There are several ways to make a payment to your SkyOne auto loan:

Transfer funds from your Savings account to your loan. Log in to Online Banking and click on the Transfer tab to complete a transfer. You can also set up recurring Scheduled Transfers.

Use External Transfer in Online Banking to transfer from one of your other institutions. Go to Transfers and then External Transfers, then set up your other financial institution from where to pay. Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to process.

Pay from your debit card. Log in to Online Banking, click on Transfers, and then the Loan Payments by Debit Card link.

Make a payment by phone. Call 800.421.7111 to make your payment using a debit card. Please see Fee Schedule for fees associated with this service.

Q: When’s my payment date?

A: If you’re uncertain of your payment date, log into Online Banking to see your payment date or call 800.421.7111.

Q: What are my loan terms?

A: You can see the terms of your loan by logging into Online Banking or just give us a call at 800.421.7111.

Q: What’s my account number?

A: You will receive a welcome letter from SkyOne that has your account number or give us a call at 800.421.7111.

Q: What happens if I remove my insurance?

A: You are required to have comprehensive and collision insurance coverage with at least a $1,000 deductible for the term of the loan.

Q: Am I eligible for the Loan Pause Program?

A: Yes, but there are specific requirements to qualify. For more details, visit Loan Pause Program.

Q: Do you have any pre-payment penalties?

A: No, you may pay off your auto loan at any time with SkyOne.

Q: Can I refinance my auto loan at SkyOne?

A: After 6 months of on-time payments to your current SkyOne auto loan, you may re-apply to refinance your SkyOne auto loan.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our Branch hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday – Friday. Our Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800.421.7111.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our Main Branch is located at 14600 Aviation Blvd., Hawthorne, CA 90250, and we’re soon opening a second branch at 777 Aviation Blvd. in El Segundo, CA.

Q: What’s the difference between a credit union and a bank?

A: Credit unions serve their members and typically pay higher savings rates, provide lower loan rates, offer better customer service (based on nationwide NPS score comparisons) and provide the same services as banks, but at lower fees. Banks serve the shareholders (owners of the stock) and typically have lower savings rates, provide higher loan rates, offer sub-par customer service, and provide the same services as credit unions, but with much higher fees.
