I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as CEO of SkyOne Federal Credit Union. We are wholeheartedly committed to providing you with financial peace of mind, and excellent service. With my 34 years of experience in financial services, the past 28 years being in the Credit Union industry, I’ve learned how fundamentally important it is to care about the long-term success of the people we serve. It is heartwarming to see how credit unions serve as a partner throughout member’s lives and improve entire families’ financial well-being. This is what inspires us as SkyOne employees each day to become better, overcome challenges, and rise above for you, our members.

Our vision includes doing the right thing for our members at the right time. It means meeting your financial needs and wants by providing you with the right products, services, and tools at the right time. We’re improving our processes to make it easier for you to do business with us which will make it simpler for you to accomplish your financial goals.

    I have been having problems making a transfer between accounts after hours on the website…..getting “unknown error” try again ….but it does not work….until the next morning.
    Why is that? and when are you going to fix it?….has happened many times !
